  • 2 packs of pasta (filled dumplings) from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • ¼ liter white wine or rosé
  • a little herbal salt
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • pepper
  • Broth, granulated

Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the cleaned and sliced ​​spring onions over low heat for 10 minutes. Deglaze with wine, simmer the sauce, reduce slightly, and season. Add the cream, horseradish, and a little lemon juice. Cut the smoked salmon into very fine strips and heat briefly in the sauce; do not boil. Finely chop the dill and add it, reserving a little for garnish. Heat the pasta in boiling salted water for 4 minutes according to the package instructions and drain. Serve the pasta on warmed plates. Drizzle with a light smoked salmon sauce and garnish with dill.
