Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 300 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 g spelt flour type 630 or 1050
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g chia seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp millet, optional

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
easy and quick to make, without letting it rise
Combine the yeast and lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix immediately. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and scatter a few sunflower seeds decoratively on top. The dough does not need to rise. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 1 hour. After baking, remove from the pan and let cool.
