Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Sweetener, as needed
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • Water
  • 20 g cornflakes
  • 2 pieces of fruit, of your choice (point-free)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW-suitable, 4.5* per portion

Place the oatmeal in a small bowl and pour hot water over it, just enough to cover. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Place the low-fat quark in a large cereal bowl and mix with 3 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with sweetener. Chop the fruit and mix with the quark. Add the oatmeal and mix again. Sprinkle the cornflakes on top and mix. WW 4.5 points per serving. This breakfast keeps you full for a long time. It’s also a great snack.
