Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 pork schnitzels
- 20 slice(s) bacon or raw ham
- 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 dash of tomato ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into slightly larger pieces. Wrap them in bacon or ham slices and place them in a baking dish. Finely chop the onion, mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and pour it into the baking dish. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
