Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • 20 slices of bacon
  • 1 can of mushrooms, 2 can also be used
  • 500 ml cream
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder

  • pepper
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Wash the pork fillet and remove the silver skin. Cut into 20 medallions, as evenly sized as possible. Wrap each medallion with a slice of bacon. Place the sliced ​​mushrooms on the bottom of a baking dish, then arrange the medallions next to each other. Mix the cream with the tomato paste and spices and pour over the medallions. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook at 180°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. This dish goes best with pasta (farfalle) and a green salad. This dish can, of course, be varied in many ways, for example, with garlic, sage, etc.
