Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini, green and yellow
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 250 g jacket potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • rosemary
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • olive oil

Instructions

Cut the jacket potatoes and zucchini into equal-thick slices and place them in a large pan with hot olive oil. Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and slice them into strips. Add them with the garlic and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until the potatoes and zucchini are lightly browned. Serve with grilled chicken or meatballs filled with feta cheese.
