Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g minced pork, seasoned (Mett)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and delicious

Dice the onion and bell pepper and add to the minced meat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 35 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat). Serve with potatoes and fresh salad. Note: If using unseasoned minced meat, season with salt as well.
