Ham rolls in spicy cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Paprika powder
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the butter. Add the tomato paste and whisk to incorporate all the fat. Then stir in the cream and milk and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Roll up the cooked ham slices and place them in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
