Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 pieces of dough (yufka dough sheets, in triangular shape)

absolutely low in fat and calories and suitable for WW
First, peel and core the apples. Then cut them into small pieces, mix them with the raisins (you can also omit them), sugar, and cinnamon. I put the whole thing in the microwave for 2 minutes, just to make sure the apple was nice and soft. But you probably don’t need to; at least with a softer apple variety (Golden Delicious or similar), you can skip the process. Add a few drops of vanilla flavoring to the milk. Brush the yufka leaves with it, then place a quarter of the apple mixture on a yufka leaf and roll it up. Brush with milk occasionally while rolling. You now have 4 rolled-up pastries. Place these in a baking dish and brush with milk again. Place the whole thing in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes (just make sure they don’t get too brown). If the pastries look quite dry, simply brush them with more milk during baking. For dessert everyone gets 2 apple turnovers, for WW members 2 of these turnovers together are only worth 1.5 points.
