Stick bread with quark and oil dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 12 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 g flour
  • 6 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark, salt, milk, oil, and eggs. Knead in the flour mixed with baking powder using the dough hook of a mixer. The dough should be relatively firm. Wrap a small piece of dough around the top of a stick and hold it over the campfire. Caution: Bake over the fire, not in the flames, otherwise the bread will burn on the outside and be raw on the inside.
