Potatoes in leek and sausage meat sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • e.g. potato(s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 sausages, fresh
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil potatoes (amount as needed) in salted water. Split the sausages, remove the meat, and fry in hot oil in a pan. Meanwhile, slice the leek into rings, add to the meat, and sauté for 6-8 minutes. Then add the cream and crème fraîche, bring to a boil, and season with salt and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, and you’re done.
