Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup sweet cream
- 100 g ham, raw, diced
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), diced
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Butter a baking dish and place it in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the raw potatoes, then arrange the slices in the baking dish. Add a few knobs of butter and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until slightly crispy. Make a paste with the remaining ingredients and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes, until a golden brown crust has formed. Serve hot.
