Quark dish with cherries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of quark
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 jar morello cherries, or 2 if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious, easy and quick

Drain the cherries in a sieve, reserving the liquid. Combine the quark and cream, then add the cherry juice to the quark until the desired consistency is reached. Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Finally, fold in the cherries.
