Pancake with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g blueberries (blueberries)
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Whisk in milk. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into a pan with a small ladle and scatter the blueberries on top. Turn halfway through to ensure the pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
