crepe

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 shot of rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the milk, add a pinch of salt and a dash of oil. Stir in the flour. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the center of a nonstick pan and swirl it around so that the batter spreads evenly and without any holes. After a minute, flip it over to allow the other side to turn golden brown, and the crêpe is ready. Serve folded or rolled up, as you like, with or without the filling! Enjoy!
