Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 370 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, quick, great for children’s parties

Mix all ingredients together. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or well-greased. If you use one baking sheet, you’ll make brownies. If you divide the batter between two baking sheets, you can cut out hearts, stars, etc. later! Bake at 170°C (convection oven) or 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar. Incredibly delicious—the kids can almost bake this simple cake by themselves.
