Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 320 g mango(s), from the can, lightly sugared
- 200 ml orange juice
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 6 sheets of white gelatin
- 750 g yogurt, 1.5%
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions. Finely puree the mango pulp with powdered sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice, then mix in the yogurt. Add a few spoonfuls to the dissolved gelatin to prevent lumps, then quickly stir into the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
