Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 800 g mushrooms
- 60 g wild garlic
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 40 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thinly slice the mushrooms and finely strip the wild garlic. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Sauté the chopped shallots. Add the mushrooms, season with salt, and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring. Mix the spaghetti, wild garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
