Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ slice(s) Leberkäse, diced
- 1 small onion(s), half sliced
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 4 slices of bread
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- e.g. butter
Instructions

2 hearty portions of breakfast for a busy day
Fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) with the onions. Whisk the eggs with the milk and pour over the Leberkäse. Fry until well cooked, just like scrambled eggs. Place two slices of bread on each plate (buttered if desired) and spread the egg mixture evenly over them. Dice the bell peppers and arrange them on top. Serve with remoulade, if desired, but the seasoning is sufficient as is.
