Strawberry-Kiwi Muesli with Walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes (20 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wonderfully fruity and crispy at the same time. The buttermilk makes the muesli very light.

Wash the strawberries, drain well, remove the stems, and slice them. Peel the kiwi, halve it lengthwise, remove the hard center core, and dice it. Mix the fruit together, drizzle with maple syrup, and pour over the buttermilk. Roast the walnuts and oats in a nonstick pan without fat until golden brown and sprinkle over the muesli while still hot.
