Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g whipped cream
- 3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Mix 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar, and pudding powder until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the pudding powder. Return to the heat and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for about 1 minute. Roughly chop 50g of chocolate and melt it in the pudding. Place a piece of cling film directly on top of the pudding. Chill the chocolate pudding for about 1 hour. Mix the pudding until smooth. Finely chop 50g of chocolate and fold all but 2 tablespoons into the pudding. Divide the pudding between 4 glasses. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and stir in the Baileys. Pour the cream over the pudding. Serve garnished with the remaining chocolate.
