Apricot crumble

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g apricots
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 20 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Halve and pit the apricots. Grease a small baking dish and arrange the apricots on top. For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle over the apricots. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack.
