Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp sugar (granulated sugar)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- strawberries
- lemon juice
- Sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the 4 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Finally, stir in the sour cream, egg whites, and flour. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 170°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven or 200°C (400°F) top and bottom heat for 30 minutes. Serve with cold or warm strawberry sauce. To make this, puree the strawberries and season with sugar and lemon juice.
