Strawberry or raspberry dessert with cream puffs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of cream puffs (minis, frozen)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 300 g strawberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Place the profiteroles in a casserole dish. Mix the cream cheese, quark, and condensed milk and pour over the profiteroles. Distribute the fruit over the cream. Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours, then serve.
