Layered quark with warm raspberry topping

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 1 shot of low-fat milk
  • some raspberries, frozen
  • e.g. almond(s) or desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark with milk, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon until creamy. Then pour about 1/3 of the mixture into a bowl or jar and layer about 1 tablespoon of oats on top. Now add another layer of quark and another layer of oats. Spread the rest of the quark cream on top and sprinkle with almonds or desiccated coconut. Heat the thawed raspberries in the microwave and add them last. Tip: Make this in the morning before work or half an hour before serving, so the oats are slightly softened and pliable. Add the raspberries just before serving.
