Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- salt and pepper
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 100 g feta cheese
- 75 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and sauté the onion. Place the diced onion in a bowl. Finely chop the thyme. Mix it into the diced onion. Finely grate the feta cheese and mix it in. Stir in the sour cream. Trim and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into strips. Mix the lettuce strips into the dressing. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
