Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 3 packs of cream-flavored pudding powder
- 6 tbsp sugar, slightly heaped
- 1 ½ liters of milk, cold
- 125 ml rum
- 200 g chocolate (block chocolate), chopped, leaving some for garnishing,
- 750 ml whipped cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- possibly cocktail fruits (cherries)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
It always happened when the whole family was together on holidays!
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions with the sugar and milk. Chill, stirring occasionally. Stir the rum and chocolate into the cooled, but not yet set, pudding. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the pudding, reserving a little cream for decoration. Decorate the custard with the remaining chocolate, the remaining cream from the piping bag, and perhaps with cocktail cherries. It’s a high-calorie dessert, but very, very delicious.
