Lamb's lettuce with Parmesan cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • Parmesan or feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and spin dry. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly shave the cheese (or finely dice the feta cheese). Reserve a few Parmesan curls or cheese cubes for garnish. For the dressing, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, freshly crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar in a salad bowl. Carefully fold in the remaining ingredients and garnish with the reserved cheese.
