Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- Spice(s) to taste
- Herbs to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Mix the quark with sour cream and cream and let it drain overnight in a sieve. Then adjust to your taste. I’ve tried the following variations: finely chopped pineapple, curry powder, and a little salt and pepper; finely chopped bell pepper and chili, salt and pepper; garlic and chives; salt and pepper; a small jar of chopped pollock schnitzel, pepper and garlic; finely chopped herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
