Ingredients for 6 servings:
- ½ kg strawberries, alternatively raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
- ½ liter natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, clean the fruit, wash if necessary, and dry thoroughly. Then, puree about half of the fruit and mix the puree with the yogurt. Stir until the mixture is uniformly colored. Cut the remaining fruit into small pieces and mix in. Let the fruit yogurt sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Our little ones especially love this yogurt—it tastes fruitier than the products from the refrigerated section. Due to the rapid onset of fermentation (even when stored in the refrigerator), the yogurt should be consumed by the next day at the latest (although the risk of this not happening is extremely low).
