Pepper and feta salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 g
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, light
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and press the garlic. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and then add the cup of sour cream. Crumble the feta cheese over the top and add the vinegar, stirring well. Season with salt, pepper, and chives to taste. Let it stand for a while before serving.
