In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour with the oats and crunchy muesli. Grind the almonds, dried fruit, and apples in a blender and add to the oat mixture. Add the honey and cinnamon and knead into a dough. As the dough will be a bit sticky, it’s best to wear disposable gloves. Spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, preferably rectangular or square, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm and let cool.
