Fast vegetable burgers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g frozen vegetables
  • 3 eggs
  • Oat flakes, whole grain
  • 250 g grated cheese of your choice
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the frozen vegetables and drain well. Crack the eggs and roughly puree them with the vegetables. Stir in the oatmeal until a dough forms. Add the cheese, salt, and pepper. Form burgers and fry in a pan until golden brown. Serve with salad and a herb dip.
