Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 nectarines
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 100 g grapes, green, seedless
- lemon juice
- 3 tsp sour cream
- ¼ jar orange juice
- Sweetener, liquid to taste

Delicious and quick to prepare! Even kids love fruit!
Wash the fruit, core if necessary, peel, and cut into small pieces. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Then gradually add the orange juice, sour cream, and a little sweetener and mix well. Season to taste. A super refreshing dessert, or simply as a snack. Perfect for hot summer days. Tip: Mix in honey instead of sweetener, or use multivitamin juice instead of orange juice.
