Bavarian Pretzel Salad
The perfect bavarian pretzel salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pretzel
- 2 White sausages
- 1 bunch Radish
- 4 Spring onions
- 1 tbsp Mustard sweet
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Cut the pretzel into pieces and roast them in the oven or a hot air frit until crispy. Allow to cool slightly
- Cut the white sausages into slices, slice the radishes and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix everything in a bowl.
- Mix the two types of mustard with a little vinegar until smooth, pour over the salad and let it steep a little.
- Just before serving, fold in the pretzel pieces so they don’t get soft
