Bavarian Pretzel Salad

The perfect bavarian pretzel salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pretzel
  • 2 White sausages
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Mustard sweet
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  1. Cut the pretzel into pieces and roast them in the oven or a hot air frit until crispy. Allow to cool slightly
  2. Cut the white sausages into slices, slice the radishes and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix everything in a bowl.
  3. Mix the two types of mustard with a little vinegar until smooth, pour over the salad and let it steep a little.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the pretzel pieces so they don’t get soft
