- 1 kg Potato salad
- 1 Diced onion
- 80 g Smoked bacon mixed, diced
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 Juniper berries, ground
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Nutmeg
- Vinegar
- 0,5 l Meatsoup
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, sweat the onion and bacon, stir in the flour and create a brown burn. Pour in the broth, add the spices and stir until smooth with the whisk. Simmer on a low flame for approx. 10 minutes.
- Finally stir in the salad and just heat it up. Do not let cook. Season to taste and serve with sausages or boiled beef of your choice.
