Kasseler in Dressing Gown

The perfect kasseler in dressing gown recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Puff pastry
  • 4 Discs Kasseler
  • 4 Discs Pineapple
  • 1 pack Sauerkraut drained
  • 1 Beaten egg
  1. Divide the puff pastry into 4 parts, drain the pineapple and sauerkraut
  2. Place a slice of smoked pork on each part of the dough, sauerkraut on top and a pineapple on top
  3. Beat the dough over the filling and make a packet. Brush these with whisked egg and place in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 °
