Ingredients
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 4 tbsp Bavarian mustard
- 240 g Sauerkraut drained
- 1 Pair Berlin geezer
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Place the puff pastry roll on a baking sheet, brush with mustard and sprinkle the sauerkraut on top, then wrap the crackers with the puff pastry.
- Whisk the egg and brush the puff pastry with it. Bake the roll in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baking sheet and cut the sausage roll into 3-4 cm thick slices for serving.
