Hearty Sausages in Dressing Gown

The perfect hearty sausages in dressing gown recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 4 tbsp Bavarian mustard
  • 240 g Sauerkraut drained
  • 1 Pair Berlin geezer
  • 1 Egg
  1. Place the puff pastry roll on a baking sheet, brush with mustard and sprinkle the sauerkraut on top, then wrap the crackers with the puff pastry.
  2. Whisk the egg and brush the puff pastry with it. Bake the roll in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baking sheet and cut the sausage roll into 3-4 cm thick slices for serving.
