- 200 g corn, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g cane sugar
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 350 ml milk
- 50 g margarine, unhydrogenated

1 24 cm loaf pan + parchment paper for it. Thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, salt, desiccated coconut, and baking powder. Add the milk and melted margarine and stir. Pour the batter into the 24 cm pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour at 175°C, or bake in a cold oven at approximately 140°C fan-assisted for about 60 minutes.
