Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese, light cheese is also fine
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese or Swiss hard cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 small chili
  • 2 packs of herbs (herb mixture)
  • 1 n. B. garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian

Mash the feta cheese in a large bowl with a fork. Then add the cream cheese. Halve and deseed the onion and chili. Halve, deseed, and peel the avocado. Peel the garlic too, if desired. Grind everything in a food processor and add it to the cheese in the bowl. Add two packets of Italian herbs and mix everything well. Then grate the cheddar cheese with a coarse grater, either into the bowl or first onto a plate/lid, and stir it into the other mixture until the mixture is smooth. Note: If you want it a little thinner, you can add Miracle Whip, sour cream, cream, or even a little olive oil. If storing in the refrigerator, add the avocado pit to the bowl so that the mixture doesn’t brown so quickly.
