  • 1 tomato(s), peeled
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 200 g goat cheese, matured
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. olive oil
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Almogrote

Mash or puree all ingredients, depending on your taste (more or less oil may be needed depending on the preparation method). Let it sit overnight, and it will keep for several days. It’s comparable to Bavarian Obatztn.
