Hello Kitty Gyros

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gyros meat
  • 28 g pollock fillet(s)
  • 1 g caviar
  • 270 g tzatziki

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

For this you will need a Hello Kitty baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Fill the caviar into the eyes and nose of the baking dish. Carefully fill the pollock fillets into the bow, making sure none gets into Hello Kitty’s ear. Now cover the face completely with tzatziki. Carefully place the gyro on the dish above the face, as it could ruin the face if poured on. Now place the baking dish on a medium-high rack in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven after 30 minutes. Place a large platter with raised edges (for the sauce) on top of the baking dish and turn it out. Serve with rice or French fries.
