- 250 g butter, soft
- 80 g tomato paste
- 2 tsp pesto rosso
- 1 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian, frozen
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Using a hand mixer, combine the butter with the tomato paste, pesto, herbs, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate. You can also portion the butter into ice cube trays and chill it in the freezer, making it perfect for barbecues!
