Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 avocados
- 300 g raw ham, diced, or bacon
- herbal salt
- pepper
- chili powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quickly prepared
Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions until al dente. Halve the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon, and cut it into cubes. Fry the ham/bacon and add it to the pasta along with any drippings. Season with salt and pepper. I like to add a little chili powder; it goes well with the avocado. Finally, stir in the diced avocado and serve.
