Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) egg(s), size M
  • 20 g protein powder neutral
  • 10 g flour (coconut flour)
  • 10 g flour (lupin flour)
  • 10 g golden flaxseed, ground
  • 20 g gluten
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Suitable for SIS and LOW Carb

Prepare a dough from all the ingredients and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Heat water in a pot; when it boils, strain the dough through a spaetzle sieve. When the spaetzle rise to the surface, they are cooked. If you use a larger egg, you may not need to add any water. Here are my calculated values: I used one egg with 60 g kcal: 345 kcal, fat 13.2 g, carbohydrates 8.5 g, protein 47.7 g.
