Pork steaks on toast with salad and bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 minute steak(s) (pork steaks)
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 5 strips of bacon
  • some lettuce leaves (lettuce)
  • 1 pack of dressing (ready-made product of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel half a cucumber and slice it. Fry the bacon in a dry pan, then remove it. Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into smaller pieces. Place the cucumbers and lettuce in a bowl. Mix the dressing with 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil and add to the salad. Toast the bread. Briefly fry the pork steaks on both sides in the bacon fat, season with salt and pepper, and then place them on the bread. Arrange beautifully on a plate with salad and bacon and enjoy.
