Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
With low-fat curd cheese and coconut flakes, makes 10 balls
Knead the low-fat quark with all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut and the coconut-almond cream. Then divide into 10 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Fill with a little coconut-almond cream and roll into balls. Then roll in the desiccated coconut. If the balls don’t stick right away, simply moisten your hands slightly while rolling. Of course, these balls can also be filled with other delicious things like nut cream or jam. They taste best the next day when well chilled from the refrigerator. 40 kcal per serving.
