Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 plums
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 package of dumpling dough (powder for cooked dumplings), 10 pcs.
- 1 bag of semolina porridge (powder – Sweet Moment, classic style)
- 625 ml water, cold
- Salt
- 150 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 250 g breadcrumbs

super fast and easy
Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Place the dumpling dough and semolina powder with the cinnamon in a bowl. Mix with 625 ml of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes. With moistened hands, form 12 dumplings and fill each with 1 plum. Place the dumplings in lightly salted boiling water and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and breadcrumbs, and lightly brown. Remove the dumplings from the water and carefully roll them in the breadcrumbs.
