Plum dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 plums
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 package of dumpling dough (powder for cooked dumplings), 10 pcs.
  • 1 bag of semolina porridge (powder – Sweet Moment, classic style)
  • 625 ml water, cold
  • Salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 250 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

super fast and easy

Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Place the dumpling dough and semolina powder with the cinnamon in a bowl. Mix with 625 ml of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes. With moistened hands, form 12 dumplings and fill each with 1 plum. Place the dumplings in lightly salted boiling water and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and breadcrumbs, and lightly brown. Remove the dumplings from the water and carefully roll them in the breadcrumbs.
